With much anticipation and planning by our Medical Faculty partner from WWU the project’s kick-off meeting took place in Münster, Germany, on the 24-25 May 2018. The meeting was a success and it was attended by representatives from all partners.
The representative from our Scottish partner UEDIN attended remotely, so did our EU Project Officer (PO) from Brussels. One advisory board member joined the meeting, so the IMPRODOVA kick-off had a total of 29 attendees. A number of partner connections date back to earlier EU security research projects, and meetings during the proposal phase. Some partners met for the first time and already during these two days, I could witness a promising working atmosphere when the PA addressed the consortium, and partners presented outlines of the work packages. The whole group went to dinner in Münster's Old Town, and the guided city walk before the meal had increased the appetite.
